Stages One to Eight have titled. 

 

Stage Nine

Stage Nine is currently under construction with kerb and channel expected to be completed towards the end of January 2023 and ashpalt due to go down in early February. 

 

The practical completion date is early February to be followed by titles in early to mid March and settlements likely to take place towards the end of March 2023. 
 

We will do our best to keep our purchasers up to date as construction progresses.
